1. Introduction Welcome to the Muslim Prayer Essentials (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
2. Use of the App The Muslim Prayer Essentials is designed to provide guidance on prayers, Wuzu (ablution), and additional educational materials for new Muslims. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content The content provided in the Muslim Prayer Essentials, including text, graphics, images, and other material (“Content”), is for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure that the Content is accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Content.
5. Prohibited Uses You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Muslim Prayer Essentials, a Muslim Prayer Essentials employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, processes, or means to access the App for any purpose.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Intellectual Property Rights The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Muslim Prayer Essentials, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Muslim Prayer Essentials, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
